Standard EURO 2028 tickets are not on sale yet. UEFA says prices and full sales details will be announced in autumn 2027. Sales will begin after the final tournament draw, expected in December 2027, and official standard tickets will be sold exclusively through UEFA.

The four official ways to get tickets

1. UEFA general-public ballot

The opening general sale will not reward the fastest person in an online queue. UEFA plans to open an application window, allow supporters time to apply and then ballot oversubscribed matches or categories.

Because sales begin after the final draw, applicants should know the group-stage teams attached to each fixture before choosing matches. That is a major improvement on buying blind by city and date.

2. Participating national associations

Each qualified team’s association will have 10,000 tickets reserved for its supporters at every group-stage match. Access is likely to favour established members or loyalty-point holders, but each association will publish its own rules.

This route is usually strongest for committed national-team supporters because it places them within the official team allocation and may continue into the knockout rounds if the team progresses.

3. UEFA official resale platform

UEFA will operate an official face-value resale platform. Sellers will not pay a resale fee. The platform is the correct route for returned tickets and late availability; outside resale will not be authorised.

Resale availability is unpredictable. It is useful as a second chance, not a plan that guarantees access to a high-demand match.

4. Official hospitality

Hospitality will be available at all nine stadiums through UEFA’s official programme. BEYOND Hospitality is the appointed official provider. Packages normally combine a match ticket with lounge access, food, drinks or premium seating, depending on the product.

Hospitality is normally substantially more expensive than standard admission but can provide a confirmed route for supporters who value certainty and premium facilities. Check exactly which match, seat type and inclusions are covered before paying.

How the EURO 2028 ballot should work

1. Create or update your myUEFA account using an email address you control.
2. Wait for UEFA to publish prices, categories, limits and the application dates.
3. After the final draw, select the matches and price categories you are willing to accept.
4. Submit before the deadline. Applying earlier within the window should not improve your ballot odds.
5. UEFA processes oversubscribed applications by ballot.
6. Successful applicants follow the payment deadline and ticket-delivery instructions.

Do not create duplicate accounts to manipulate the ballot. UEFA’s final terms will set household, payment-card, identity and match limits. Conflicting applications can be cancelled.

How much will EURO 2028 tickets cost?

UEFA has not published standard prices. Ignore articles or sellers presenting exact EURO 2028 category prices as confirmed.

What UEFA has confirmed is:

• More than 40% of tickets will be in the most affordable categories.
• Regular group-stage matches will use equal pricing.
• Prices will remain consistent rather than changing through dynamic pricing.
• Disabled supporters can buy at the lowest-category price and may request one complimentary companion ticket.

Different prices are still likely between group games, knockout rounds, semi-finals and the final. “No dynamic pricing” means the published category price will not surge because demand is high; it does not mean every match or seat category will cost the same.

Which matches will be hardest to get?

Demand cannot be measured precisely until the teams are known, but the likely order is:

1. The final at Wembley
2. Both Wembley semi-finals
3. Host-nation matches, especially England at Wembley
4. The Cardiff opening match
5. Quarter-finals
6. Weekend group games involving major travelling nations

Your odds generally improve if you are flexible on city, weekday, team and price category. A group match not involving a host or traditional heavyweight may offer the best chance of attending.

Applying through a national team

Supporter schemes vary. Some associations use paid memberships, others use loyalty points based on previous away games, and some hold a ballot among eligible supporters. If you want to follow one team, join its official supporter scheme well before qualifying ends and learn how attendance history is recorded.

Do not assume joining shortly before the tournament will put you level with long-standing members. For the most in-demand teams, loyalty may matter more than the size of the allocation.

Accessible tickets

UEFA has committed to offering disabled supporters tickets at the lowest-category price, with the option to request a complimentary companion ticket. The final process should explain:

• wheelchair-user spaces and easy-access seating;
• acceptable supporting documents;
• companion eligibility;
• accessible parking or shuttle requests;
• audio-descriptive commentary and other stadium services.

Apply only through the official accessible-ticket route. Contact UEFA support before the deadline if the portal does not recognise your documentation or access need.

Mobile tickets and entry

UEFA has not yet published the EURO 2028 delivery process, but recent UEFA tournaments have used mobile tickets. Expect the ticket holder to need a compatible phone, the official app and the correct account. Final rules on transfers, guest tickets, battery failure and offline access will come later.

• Use the same personal details across your account, application and payment method.
• Do not buy a screenshot or PDF from another person.
• Download the official app before travelling and keep your phone charged.
• Follow the assigned entrance and arrival time on the ticket.

Ticket scams and unauthorised resale

High-demand tournament tickets attract speculative listings, fake confirmations and social-media scams long before genuine sales open. Warning signs include:

• a seller claiming to know an exact block before UEFA has released seating maps;
• requests for bank transfer, cryptocurrency or “friends and family” payment;
• a promise that a screenshot will work at the turnstile;
• pressure to pay immediately because “prices are about to rise”;
• a domain or social account designed to look like UEFA without being on UEFA.com.

UEFA says outside resale will not be authorised. Host countries are also developing or applying tournament-specific protections against unauthorised resale. The safest rule is simple: use UEFA, your qualified national association or the appointed official hospitality provider.
