Published figures vary: the most recently quoted capacity is around 5,013, while some sources still list 7,032 (1,132 seated). The higher figure appears to reflect an older layout that included terracing since removed, so the lower number is the safer guide — check with the club for a specific fixture.

West Sutton station (Thameslink) is roughly 100 yards from the ground — turn right out of the station into Gander Green Lane. Sutton and Sutton Common stations are both a longer walk, and local bus routes serve Sutton town centre.

Sutton United have not published a specific numeric bag-size limit. Standard ground security and bag checks apply on entry — check with the club before travelling if you plan to bring anything larger than a small bag.

The Grandstand is the only all-seated area and gives the best elevated view down the side. The Sutton United Foundation Stand and Rec Terrace are covered standing areas, with the Foundation Stand the better pick for home atmosphere.

The club car park on Gander Green Lane is reserved for permit holders on matchdays. Visiting supporters are directed to the Gibson Road municipal car park, around a 15-minute walk from the ground.
