Five ways to get a ticket, ranked
Ranked by how realistic each one is for a normal fan. Face-value figures are from the 2026 final and will be updated when the FA and the 2027 finalists confirm pricing.

Your club’s allocation (the main route)
Each finalist received 28,700 tickets for the 2026 final. Clubs sell them to season-ticket holders and members in loyalty-point tiers: at Chelsea in 2026, the first window needed 33+ points, then 23+, then 13+, then all members from 4pm the same day. General sale almost never happens. If you support a club with a realistic run, be a member before the third round in January and go to cup games to earn points.

Club Wembley membership (guaranteed, expensive)
The one route that guarantees a seat whoever reaches the final. Membership covers the FA Cup semi-finals and final, England home games and the Carabao Cup Final. For 2027 the entry-level Inner Circle tier is listed at £2,868 inc VAT, rising through Centre Circle (£5,484), Number Nine (£6,894), Bobby Moore (£9,816) and One Twenty (£14,130). It is an annual membership, not a single match ticket.

Official hospitality packages
Hospitality is sold separately from club allocations and is usually still available after the finalists are announced. Prices sit well above face value but include a guaranteed seat, food and lounge access. The hospitality banner at the top of this page is the place to check current availability.

The wider football family
A smaller share of the stadium is distributed through the FA to county FAs, grassroots clubs, referees, sponsors and partners. You cannot apply for these directly, but volunteering or coaching at an affiliated club is the only way into that pool.

Resale (last resort)
Once club allocations sell out, resale is all that is left. Expect multiples of face value. Tickets are digital only and issued the week of the final, so anything “guaranteed” before the finalists are known is a promise, not a ticket. Use only platforms with buyer protection and never pay by bank transfer.

When to move: the 2026/27 timeline
- Now – December 2026Join your club’s membership scheme. Cup-round attendance is what separates you from other members when the final goes on sale.
- Sat 9 January 2027 · Third roundPremier League and Championship clubs enter. Go to the tie: it is the cheapest loyalty point you will earn all season.
- 13 Feb · 6 Mar · 3 AprFourth round, fifth round and quarter-finals. Each one is another point on your record.
- Sat 24 April 2027 · Semi-finals at WembleyBoth ties are played at Wembley. Finalists are known by the Sunday night.
- Late April – mid MayClubs announce allocations and loyalty tiers, then sell in phases. In 2026 Chelsea’s final windows ran on Monday 11 May, five days before kick-off.

Can I buy FA Cup Final tickets if I don’t support either finalist?
Not through the clubs. Your options are Club Wembley membership, official hospitality, or resale. Neutral general sale does not happen for the final.
When do FA Cup Final 2027 tickets go on sale?
Club allocations go on sale in the weeks after the semi-finals on 24 April 2027, typically finishing in the first half of May. Hospitality and Club Wembley are available now.
How many loyalty points do I need?
It depends on the club and on demand. At Chelsea in 2026 the first sale window opened at 33 points, then 23, then 13, then every member. A club with fewer members may go to all members far sooner.
Are FA Cup Final tickets digital?
Yes. Both 2026 finalists issued the whole allocation digitally, delivered to Apple or Google Wallet the week of the final. Paper tickets and screenshots are not accepted.
Is the FA Cup Final included in a season ticket?
No. Season-ticket holders get priority access, but every cup final ticket is a separate purchase.
