Step-free & accessible
North Greenwich station has full step-free access from street to platform via four lifts, making it the recommended accessible route for most journeys.
North Greenwich Pier is also step-free and wheelchair accessible, with crew on hand to assist and accessible toilets on the larger boats.
The O2’s car parks include 10+ Blue Badge bays, with the nearest around 300m from the main entrance; pre-booking accessible parking in advance is strongly recommended.
