How to get Millwall tickets

Millwall home tickets are usually most straightforward through the club’s official ticketing route, with availability depending on fixture demand, category and any sales windows for members or previous purchasers.
  • Official club sales — start at Millwall’s ticket office/online ticketing pages for home match availability.
  • Membership or booking history — higher-demand London fixtures can have stricter sales criteria, so check the individual match page before planning around a ticket.
  • Hospitality and packages — useful when standard seats are limited, or if you want a calmer matchday entry and lounge access.
  • Resale marketplaces — only use reputable platforms and double-check age bands, home/away restrictions and delivery method before paying.

Club history

Millwall were founded in 1885 as Millwall Rovers by workers connected with the Isle of Dogs docks. The club later moved south of the river, played at The Old Den for 83 years, and moved into the current all-seater Den in 1993. The Lions are known for one of London’s most intense matchday atmospheres and long-running rivalries with West Ham, Charlton and Crystal Palace.

Getting to The Den

South Bermondsey is the closest rail station and is normally the simplest matchday route, with the ground just a short walk away. Canada Water, Surrey Quays and New Cross Gate are longer walking options. If you are attending as an away fan, follow the matchday away-supporter route and stewarding instructions around South Bermondsey.

Frequently asked questions

Can I buy Millwall tickets without being a member?
Often yes for lower-demand fixtures, but availability changes match by match. Derbies and promotion-relevant games can require membership, booking history or earlier sales access.

Where should I sit at The Den?
For the best balanced view, look at the Dockers Stand or Barry Kitchener Stand near halfway. For atmosphere, the Cold Blow Lane Stand is the classic home end. See the full The Den Seating Guide.

Which stand is for away fans?
Away supporters are housed in the North Stand. Home fans booking around the ground should avoid accidentally choosing away allocation tickets on resale platforms.
