Streatham IHC v Chelmsford Chieftains

Streatham RedHawks welcome Chelmsford Chieftains to south London on Saturday 24 October for an NIHL league meeting with an obvious local-rivalry edge. Both clubs draw support from around the capital and Essex, so this is a fixture with plenty to offer beyond the scoreline. Streatham will want a quick start on home ice, while Chelmsford’s ability to handle the opening pressure could shape the contest. Watch the battles along the boards, the discipline of both defensive units and which side makes the most of its power plays. The Streatham Ice and Leisure Centre is on Streatham High Road, with rail and bus links nearby. Check the club’s ticket listing before travelling in case face-off arrangements change.
