Contact FAQ
How do I contact SportsPass London?
Two ways, both go to the same inbox: email us directly at info@sportspasslondon.com, or fill in the form on this page. The form is usually quicker because it tells us up front what your message is about.
Can you feature my venue, bar or event?
Yes – that is one of the main reasons people get in touch. Send us the venue or event name, the London location, what sport is on and any dates or booking links, and we will take a look at where it fits across our attend, watch and play guides.
Do you sell tickets directly?
No. SportsPass London is a guide to live sport in London – we cover where to watch, where to play and how to get there. Where tickets are involved we point you to the official or partner seller for that event rather than selling anything ourselves.
How quickly will I get a reply?
We typically respond within 24 hours. If your message is about a fixture or event happening imminently, say so in the subject line so we can prioritise it.
Where can I look around while I wait?
Start with our attend, watch and play hubs for events, screenings and places to play, or browse by venue and competition. Everything is organised by what you actually want to do rather than by sport.
